As Material and Process Manager Spare Parts Logistics (m/f/d) in our global spare parts warehouse in Bebra, you will actively drive optimal spare parts availability and logistics in our regional Tool Service Centers and global spare parts warehouses. With your communicative strength and pro-active mindset, you understand the needs of your stakeholders and contribute your own ideas to improve our processes.

Aufgaben

You have an overview of the material inventory in the area of spare parts, both in the distribution centers and in the Tool Service Centers. Independently, you are responsible for inventory management and maintain the material master data. By checking the orders and stocks of the central warehouses in SAP on a daily basis, you can quickly identify bottlenecks and find solutions. In all processes, you keep an eye on the KPIs relevant to the division, such as readiness to deliver and capital commitment, as well as customer satisfaction. By creating new articles and maintaining good master data, you ensure smooth logistics processes. For the global flow of goods, you regulate imports and exports as well as customs clearance.

What you need is:

  • Ideally completed studies with a focus on supply chain alternatively logistical training and professional experience in the field of materials management.
  • Additional training in customs clearance desirable or willingness to qualify for customs and foreign trade tasks
  • Good understanding of numbers and very good office and SAP skills in the field of logistics
  • Proactive communication skills in German as well as English and ideally Russian, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
  • High level of performance and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility and complex issues
